In other news, I made an appointment last Monday to get my hair cut today. So I ring up and go "Hi, I want to make an appointment on Saturday for Beck to cut my hair and how much will that be?" (Beck's the rather good one who doesn't destroy my curls). Sure, no prob, she's got one at 1:30 Saturday and it'll be $45. So I rock up today, can't see her, guess she's at lunch. Tell woman at desk have a 1:30 appointment with Beck, sure, no prob, take a seat. End up having a different girl cut my hair. WTF? Beck left a year ago. Hair is now a fair bit shorter than I wanted (can't be tied back), curls are destroyed, and they charged me $75 for the pain of it. Wankers.
