[Ling's been spending the last few days running around and getting to know the restaurants city's layout. There's a good chance if you were out eating over the last two weeks you saw him putting away an insane amount of food somewhere.
Now he's finally trying to use his SFC. He stares at it quietly for a few seconds with a small, curious frown, as though he's wondering whether or not it's working.

Does anyone know how someone shows up here? It seems like people are found just after it happens, but has anyone seen the actual appearance?
