yup, it sounds like she wants you to relate psychological concepts you've talked about in class to outside concepts (or the cartoons, newspaper articles, lyrics, etc. that she refers to). so describe the outside concept first, then discuss how it relates to a psychological term. it also looks like she'll be a stickler if you don't define the psychological term, so be sure you include the definition!

Ok, I think I got it.

Movie, "Imagine Me and You"

yup, that sounds about right to me! i'd do a brief description of what the movie is about, too - like a paragraph on what the plotline is. and don't feel bad, the assignment is worded kind of strangely. i would look at it as, "okay, i want to talk about intimacy. what movie/cartoon/song lyric demonstrates the concept of intimacy to me? and how does it do that?" the way it's worded there kind of seems flip-flopped to me.

Thank you! I hate when I can't translate it, and I don't want to do it wrong.

Yes, I think that works. It's an oddly-worded assignment, for sure.

It makes me feel better that I wasn't the only one to see this and say,"huh". Thank you.
