back in glasgow
hihi.
i'm alive, i just don't have a phone or internerd. that should have been fixed within the next day or two but i'm dealing with tiscali so who knows when i'll be nerding from home again. the library's wireless has been down for most of the week as well, which means using their computers which means no facebook or livejournal or msn, which is basically all i do on the internerd.
i got back to scotland and found a flat and moved in and had to deal with picking out and ordering and assembling furniture. jess and i are living together and we're pretty awesome.
i start school tomorrow morning. well, i have an induction tomorrow morning. i think it might be sort of a frosh week though, and i won't start classes til the 22nd, maybe. i will find out my schedule though. so hopefully i can have a job sorted by the end of the week. the hotel seems to want me back. we'll see.
constantines are playing here tuesday and i'm pretty excited. i haven't seen them since sappy fest last summer. i need a fresh dose of rocknroll.
and my friend jeff from ottawa is coming to play here on saturday at blackfriars! come and see the reverb syndicate! do it. do it. do it.
also, tickets for new kids on the block go on sale friday for their concert here in january. i'm pathetically excited for this, but have no one to go with. cry.
i also have tickets for the notwist[!!!!!] and low and sigur ros and there are so many more gigs i am excited for.
i'm surprised that i sort of miss antigonish. and i really miss halifax. and people there. argh.
