Like, what to be for Halloween? And, am I so inundated with advertising from working in a design/production studio that does tv commercial that I want to be these things, or is it because it's easier to be a person than something else (item of food, animal...). Votes for which?
Last night I went to the most amazing party, at the hotel QT. It was a pool party, with a sauna, steam room, DJs, and VJs. The VJs were friends/acquaintances of mine who have recently formed a video art collective. They do a lot of events and are a crew I want to roll with. One of the main guys and I talked, and it looks like I'm in, both creatively and arts administratively. They're interested in me joining up with them and working on video stuff, and also writing grants for them. And if I win any grants for them, then I can take a percentage. This can be very cool. I'm going to get together again with them in the beginning of November and really hash it all out. A very good, very 'i love this town' kind of night for once.
