Writer's Block: Things You Don't Want to Know
I would probably tell them for a few reasons.
1) it's the right thing to do. I'd want them to tell me if they knew my "significant other" was cheating on me.
2) if I didn't tell them, and then they found out it was true and that I knew about it all along, I'd be in deep shit.
3) if they completely denied it and got mad at me, and then found out it was true (because lets face it, no one can cheat and get away with it. it never works) I would be there for them anyways and earn brownie points for being a good friend AND forgiving/not criticizing their actions.
And yes, I am aware that two of these three reasons are completely selfish. But they're all true, and there is no denying this.
