1. Are you okay with Kenzi stealing/attempting to steal something at some point?
Sure! And then Veronica will attempt to ascertain if Kenzi will be friend or foe.
2. Do you have any special skills/abilities that would prevent any pickpocketing or catch her in the act?
Her dad is a PI, and Veronica has some experience with a sucky PI named Vinnie Van Lowe. Kenzi would probably get away with it until Veronica put the pieces together later on.
3. What kinds of items are you okay with her taking?
If Kenzi takes... pretty much anything of hers, Veronica will track her down. Her camera and taser are the most important things right now.

Elle will electrocute the crap out of Kenzi if she catches her. Elle's rather materialistic, and now that she has nothing, she's even more materialistic than before.

Kenzi might be able to take Elle's dress so long as she gets a new one and doesn't have to walk around naked. But why would Kenzi want Elle's clothes? :p
