FINALLY someone took a closer look at carole's good reads' reviews.

That was a fun, mean read though. I completely buy that Aviva might have paid someone to write it.

Yeah, Carole is braggy, maybe to the extent of having Brian Williams syndrome. "Dated George Clooney for a year" might = "briefly met him once when they were both on dates with other people". She might feel really insecure or something, idk.

idk idk, the shade comes off as... young. It's hard to explain, I guess. It's a bit *too* clever, a bit *too* social media manager-y.

I really liked the blog too! It wasn't that I didn't like it... it just felt too polished and had the voice of a recapper on Vulture/Gawker, etc... or something.

And this just doesn't sound LuLu to me:

"Guys, let a lady order what she wants, OK? If you want to eat more, go home and get on Seamless. And if your date doesn’t have an appetite, I assure you she’d rather watch Curtis Stone and Bobby Flay have a throwdown than watch you throw it back while she sips on a martini. "

Nah, unless there is something we don't know about the break up. Did he cheat on her niece or something that shows he's not a good guy? And if he's not a good guy, why would Luann be emplying him?

Carole is not friends with Luann's niece (I assume), but even if she was, I never bought into exes being off limits to friends. You broke up, you're not allowed to really have an opinion anymore. If you still care it just shows you're not over it, imho.

What do YOU think?

If she still has feelings for him that's not Carole's problem. IDK, I'm practical to a fault so I don't mind it. If one of my friends/family friends started dating my ex I really wouldn't mind as long as they were both happy and good to each other.

But yeah, Luann alluded to some backstory we haven't been shown yet on Twitter last week, something like "Carole knows the whole story" and so hopefully we'll get that info at some point.

Yeah, it's a tough one! I think another thing to consider is that Carole may not have ever met Luann's niece? So the chances of him running into her or the rest of the family might be very low. So, essentially the niece is a stranger so why wouldn't Carole feel comfortable dating him? In that case Lulu should be pissed at Adam, not Carole.

Good point about Luann possibly being pissed about something else. Hopefully we get more info in the coming episodes!
