A nose job if I could afford it, maybe, but honestly I travelled through puberty fairly gracefully (sans 2 courses of accutane) and can confidently say that I'm happy with how I look right now :)

I might get a slight nose job, maybe get that bump removed. Get veneers 100%. MAYBE get a jaw implant.
