Dr. Paul Nassif Never Hit Adrienne Maloof & He's A Mess Over Allegations, Claims Source

Shocking photos of Adrienne Maloof with numerous red welts on her back surfaced earlier this week but a source close to the one-time couple exclusively tells RadarOnline.com there's no way Dr. Paul Nassif caused the bruises to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar.
The photos were posted online by Adrienne's long-time personal chef, Bernie Guzman, who wrote, “Now you know….Everyone else needs to know. It's a secret I have kept….he must be stopped."
But according to the source, Paul has never laid a hand on Adrienne and false conclusions about how she got the bruises are being drawn.
"Paul and Adrienne had their fair share of disagreements, but the furthest it ever went was verbal altercations," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Paul just isn't the kind of guy who would hit Adrienne."
And with the third season premiere of the hit Bravo show airing on November 5, the source claims it was very convenient timing for the photos to come out.
"Bravo had absolutely nothing to do with these photos or their release, but it's awfully convenient that they popped just weeks before the season premiere," the source said.
"Paul is a mess over this. It's one thing for the public to draw conclusions on the drama throughout the show, but for people to think he's capable of hitting a woman is a whole different ball game. It's just not true."
Adrienne and Paul have been locked in a nasty divorce battle and Bernie claims that the pictures were part of the court documents submitted two weeks ago.
"Now you know who and what he really is," he wrote. "Adrienne Maloof was pushed to the ground. Punched and beaten. He is a beast."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Adrienne claimed in her court documents that she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her husband.
"The photos prove nothing," the source says.

Adrienne Maloof's Fellow Housewives Coming Down Firmly On Her Side In Divorce Battle

Adrienne Maloof's reality TV cast mates are coming down firmly on her side in her bitterdivorce battle, especially after her estranged husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, had lunch at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant Monday, and then Tweeted about it, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"For Paul to go to Lisa's restaurant and then Tweet about it was just a huge publicity stunt and obviously meant to get under Adrienne's skin," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "Kyle Richards, Taylor Armstrong and Kim Richards think that Paul is using his divorce drama to further drive a wedge between Lisa and Adrienne.
"Paul knows the hell that Adrienne went through during filming of the third season because of Lisa and Brandi Glanville's antics. Taylor, who went through hell with her own husband previously, has been especially supportive of Adrienne during this tough time and a majority of the cast stands by her and think Paul is just an opportunist who will stop at nothing to make Adrienne as miserable as possible.
“Adrienne wasn't surprised that he went to Lisa's restaurant. No, he didn't eat with Lisa and Ken, but there are hundreds of restaurants in Los Angeles, and he obviously had an ulterior motive in going to Villa Blanca."
“Paul has been trying to get Lisa to be on his side in the custody fight he’s in with Adrienne,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com. “He even wanted her to give a deposition on his behalf saying that he is a good father.
"Paul will try and do whatever he can to drive a wedge between Adrienne and her cast mates, but the ladies aren't interested. They don't want to take sides in the divorce, but fully support Adrienne, 100%," the insider says.
Meanwhile, horrifying photos of Adrienne were posted on Facebook by her personal chef on Monday showing her back covered with red welts and bruises.
Paul's rep has denied Nassif had anything to do with Adrienne's injuries.
