I just beat Spec Ops: The Line, and I freaking loved it.

Here I'd almost thought the military shooter genre had given up on plot and characterization. Not so!

He really nails the plot of Spec Ops. You roll along doing whatever you want and all of a sudden WHAM consequences and your teammates are treating you like the hunter who offed Bambi's mother.
