I guess I'm weird or something but I didn't get what any of the responses were saying. I randomly watch Jenna Marbles cause she is pretty funny. I watched this video first and got nothing about rape from it, then these other girls acted like everything in the video was about rape. IDGI

i'm not rewatching this so its off of what i remember last week but i believe she talks about how girls shouldn't be fucking a bunch of guys because that makes them sluts, and how girls shouldn't get drunk and make bad decisions and its just perpetuating the idea that women who sleep with a lot of men are less than women who don't and women who get drunk are "asking for it"

Yeah I got that but she doesn't say they will get raped she says stuff like you might end up with diseases and stuff like that. Honestly if you are having sex with a different person every night you probably are going to end up with a bad one at sometime that might do something. That goes for both guys or girls.

If I drive home drunk from the bar every day I assume that I eventually will get a DWI or get in a wreck and hurt someone or myself.

If I walk through the bad part of town every day I assume that I eventually will get jumped, robbed, beat up, or shot.

Idk, seems like people take it different ways I guess. I just don't see it.

And no I am not saying it is a chicks fault if she gets raped.

I'm all for promoting safe sex, but the way Jenna did it was very dangerous and toxic. Slut shaming and perpetuating rape culture and victim blaming is not the way to go about it. She really needs to think about the things she says before she says them and how it could trigger her viewing audience.
