This advertisement was hidden somewhere in this week's issue of Newsweek (right before the Arts & Culture section/the big Andy Warhol article, holla!) and I was like whoa, hold up, is that what I think it is?
I think what it does is that it measures your sleep cycles and wakes you up when you're in a near-conscious state so you aren't drowsy when you wake up. That's why, when you wake up from a usual alarm, you kinda reel around most of the time, because you probably were in a deeper state of sleep, but you aren't as drowsy when you're allowed to wake up naturally. What this does is probably tell you the best time to go to sleep and wake up so you take advantage of that.
Also, I would like to know how to "raise" my ZQ, if you know what I mean. ,';^)

"Your ZQ is a number that indicates how well you sleep every night".
Well, no, ZQ is what happens in my dreams and by analyzing his shenanigans in those dreams I can decide whether it was a good night or not. XD
Also, what a pleasant coincidence, that's exactly now I like "my" ZQ - with a red ribbon and right next to my bed! :D

I should probably go to bed, ZQ or no ZQ. :(
