Oooh I kind of like how that's the way that Lucifer gets back - like, he tips Sam off so he can solve the case, I'm assuming? Also, Lucifer sounds like a spurned boyfriend :(

But it's not really Lucifer, it's just Sam's own mind, so I'm not sure why they think hallucinating is supposed to help...

Maybe Sam needs to let loose the part of his mind that Luci's in? Maybe by him locking Luci away, he's also locked away some of his memories or something to do with that part of his brain? IDK lol

we were told couple of seasons before that an angel and his vessel keep a link even when the angel leaves. May be Luci is still in cage, but it's still really him and not just Sam's damaged soul.
