I want him to do that electricity thing while drifting around with his feet off the ground like those fucking ghosts you can't kill in Silent Hill: The Room.

In fact, he doesn't have to say much; the first sign that he's there would be all the electricity going off around you. Then you hear this ominous crackling sound before seeing streaks of lightning hit a glowy shape that becomes Raphael. He opens his eyes and you realize that he has no pupils--it's just light beaming from his eyes. He drifts closer to you while quoting random Bible scriptures that have to do with smiting. Then the killing can commence.

All of this should be accompanied by industrial music to make his ass even more pimp and scary.

He should also be batshit on a level few can comprehend and intent on punishing Castiel for his many crimes against the Seraphim (and humanity for..well...being human. He can also punish other Gods for not being the One God. In fact, the whole Castiel subplot should be about the angels banding together to stop Raphael and his madness. Raphael should also have his revenge against Castiel and beat the fuck out of him at one point AND bitchslap NEW!Angel just because he can
