For Your Emmy Consideration - Ghostfacers! They Need Your Help!

First we heard a couple weeks ago about The CW's first ever Emmy campaign "OMFG FYC" (yes, seriously) including Supernatural, Smallville, The Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl and now the Ghostfacers are getting their due!

The Ghostfacer's Producer, Patrick Doody, and Warner Brothers have submitted Ghostfacers' Webisode #3 for the Outstanding Special Class - Short Format Live Action Entertainment Programs category. They need fan support to show how much we love this web spinoff of Supernatural. Here are a couple ways you can help:

- Go to the follow thread on TheWB.com forums and share how much you enjoy the Ghostfacers. Even a simple "like it" or "love it" will do! The idea is the show the Emmy voters the fan support behind the show.

- Share the following link to the main web page for the campaign. Encourage people to watch and show support! Voting for the Emmys closes on June 21st, so the idea is to generate as much buzz as quickly as possible.

- If you like sending messages to news media buzzing about your favorite show, send them the Emmy Page link. Mention in the press helps too with a campaign of this sort. Preferred sites are EW.com, Sci-Fi Wire, and Ain't It Cool News, but any buzz that can be linked is good buzz.

Who knows, if the Emmy voters are impressed enough, hopefully this can also lead to more webisodes in the future. So if you want to see the Ghostfacers live on, or at least get some well deserved recognition, please try to help out in some way. Fan activism is fun!!!
