Your instructions are pretty much the same as before:
1) Submit your favorite disastrous-trainwreckish-horrible skating costumes in the comments.
2) If you approve of a certain nomination, reply to that comment with '+1' or 'seconded' or even a (thumbs-up) macro/gif.
3) Go submit your favorite pretty costumes in the previous post if you haven't done so already.
4) ???
