Correct me if Im wrong, but doesn't it cost extra to transfer money overseas to you? (which would be my case)

I just sent mine through, and $ 5.00 from the me (in US) to her is charged me a fee of .03 cents.

But idk if the fee was because of my geo location or the kind of account I have. Since it was only three cents I didn't really care much.

Yeah, it was only 8 cents for my $15, so it's not much.

No... as far as I understand it, it only costs more if you want paypal to convert the money from one value to another. Which is what it'll do for me (from NOK to $). I've never experienced any other charges on overseas transfers, but I could be wrong.
