FANTASY SKATING MUSIC
Sochi 2014 is barely a year away and things are heating up! But aside from the costumes and the inevitable hot messes that the upcoming Olympic season is sure to deliver, the thing I always look forward to is knowing what music skaters are going to skate to.
We've seen people with questionable musical choices (I'm looking at you Florent) or some fall under the trap of re-using the same music over and over again *cough*CARMEN*cough* So as responsible _skating fans, I thought it'd be fun to compile a -
FANTASY SKATING MUSIC - SOCHI EDITION VOL.1!
I think it would be a disservice if no one uses something from Tchaikovsky!
Polonaise from Eugene Onegin - Meryl and Charlie could skate to this, maybe :)
But I'm thinking Liza T. or Adelina should skate to some Tchaikovsky or Rachmaninoff.
Vitali's Chaconne - Daisuke would be fabulous skating to this music.
La Bayadere, Gamzatti's variation. Rather saucy music - so who do you think fits this music?
I'd love to post more but I'm having a mental block right now. So what do you guys have to say :D
