Evan and Nastia (reunited and it feeeeels so gooooood...) were featured on NBC's website today talking about their favorite moments of the 2012 Olympics and Evan's desire to wear the Red White and Blue again in 2014.

Evan's personal favorite moments of the 2012 Games:
Nastia asks what he's been doing with his time since he hasn't been competitively skating...Evan mentions SOI, training, the "big decision" to come back this year, DWTS, his US State Department envoy gig (what again exactly happens for this??).
He says training is going great:
"Nothing gives me more purpose in my life than training and competing. I know you know the feeling, you came back and competed this season and, you know, I hope to follow in your footsteps and just more than anything be a good ambassador and good representative of the United States."
Um, Evan, you know she missed the Olympic team this year, right? Might not try *too* hard to follow in her footsteps.
So I guess the USFSA PR machine is on a roll. Please let this just be the start of a two-year build up!!

- USA Women's Soccer Team winning Gold
- Ashton Eaton of the US winning Gold in the Decathalon (probably appreciated Eaton's HARD WORK AND DEDICATION -- 110%, bro!)
- The way gymnast Jordan Wieber represented the US with pride in the team competition even though she didn't make the individual all-around competition
- Andy Murray winning Tennis Gold "at home" (Evan's a tennis fan!)
