Oh, that is a really interesting thought. I just traced back to the original article - Universal Sport. By Rueters. Not a Canadian source then.

Reuters is still considered pretty respectable. Things don't look good in that regard.

I'm very curious about this because I'm not sure about the reaction of the fans in Canada although I guess that the audience will cheer for him any way.. we'll see what happens..

They had a poll on the CBC (Canadian) website: "Do you think PChan's comments were misconstrued" (or something like that) and 85% said yes. Canadian skating fans will continue to support him!

Oh wow, why would anybody have reasons to change what he said in an interview? seriously, I don't get why people don't use their brains.. I want to be hopeful but after what we saw today in dance it seems like they have already decided who is gonna win.. I hope I'm wrong..
