Unit 22D was listed at $1,235,000 and he ended up paying a little under asking for the 826 square foot unit. He's leaving his home in Jersey and his move to the city is going to be documented for the second season of his reality show "Be Good Johnny Weir." Don't worry, we've never watched it either.
