Unfortunately, As per Bob McKenzie, the lockout isn't ~legally over until the Memorandum of Understanding is signed, which is currently being hashed out still. Approximately two hours after that document is signed, all trades/signings are legal. MIDNIGHT FREE AGENT FRENZY PLZ. Y/Y
