I'm surprised the Westboro Baptist Church didn't come out and publicly protest the vigil at Aurora, Colorado, TBH. They always seem to be protesting SOMEthing.

They're actually planning to protest the funerals of the victims from what I've heard.

I wouldn't worry too much about it though. I'm sure plenty of people will be there to counter-protest it, and afaik, they say things like that all the time but never actually show up. They just want people to react.

Pretty much this. They want to upset people and get them to react in such a way so they can sue under 'Civil Rights' violations, thats how they make money it seems. Via law suits.

Best tactics seem to be to ignore them make a larger counter protest that will gain more attention from them.

I know they said they would, but instead they skipped and photoshopped themselves into pictures from the vigils, which they then tweeted. Not even kidding. Stay classy, WBC.
