I really don't see what damn business it is of any employer whether or not their employees choose to personally use birth control or get sterilised. Freedom of religion also includes freedom from religion, a small fact that so often gets overlooked when religious fundies are busy screaming about how oppressed they are as they try to restrict everyone else's rights.

Surely this violates a person's constitutional rights to privacy?
