A Transportation Security Administration manager at Dulles International Airport has been arrested for allegedly running a prostitution ring out of a D.C. area hotel.

According to court documents in the case, Bryant Jermaine Livingston, 39, of Manassas, Virginia was arrested at Dulles International Airport on March 16, where he worked as a TSA floor manager.

The arrest stems from an incident that occured on February 15th, when the manager of Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 8777 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland reported a man who she said had frequented the hotel on previous occasions to the Montgomery County Police Department.

The hotel manager grew suspicious after Livingston paid with cash and "groups of males and females" were observed entering and exiting his hotel room. When police officers arrived at the scene, she accompanied them to Livingston's hotel room, number 506 and knocked on the door.

Livingston reportedly denied any illegal activity and invited the hotel manager and local police into the room. In court documents, police officers said they witnessed:

"11 people inside the room including three naked females and four males attempting to get dressed. Multiple people were laying on the two beds and other people were sitting in chairs and standing in the room."

Montgomery County Police Captain Paul Starks said one man inside the room told police he paid $100 for a sex act and he found out about the "party" on Craigslist.

On Wednesday, TSA Spokeswoman Kawika Riley released the following statement:

"TSA cooperated fully with law enforcement during their investigation into this matter. The alleged off duty conduct of this individual is unacceptable and in no way reflect the integrity and professionalism of the more than 50,000 security officers who strive every day to ensure the security of the traveling public."

In November, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security partnered with the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the hotel industry's largest association to add a 15-second public service announcement to welcome screens on 1.2 million hotel televisions at Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn and other hotels encouraging travelers to call police if they spot suspicious behavior.

The PSA's are part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign seen at train stations, stadiums, and Walmart stores across America.
