The fake disabled are crippling our economy

Rod Liddle has just incurred the wrath of the disability lobby by having a go in his Sun column at "pretend disabled" people. Included in this category, Rod decided, were people with fibromyalgia and ME. Lots of people queued up Twitter to say how horrid they thought he was, wishing he would succumb to some kind of disability himself, etc.

At first I thought this was going to be an article about people like that woman who pretends she needs a wheelchair and is looking into surgery to make herself paraplegic and then Liddle was all "like fibromyalgia" and now my brain hurts and I'm not reading any more. I'm just not.

Seriously. Lemme guess... the author of this piece, unlike many other people with disabilities, has a partner with a job able to support the two of them and/or substantial enough financial resources built up while they were healthy to live on without government aid.

That's what I'm wondering! How are gay people in particular "screwing" the economy? I've heard arguments* for disabled people, POC, and women scrounging for handouts, but... isn't the stuff most queer people ask for free?

You're considering the question far, far too rationally. Drink about 3 energy drinks and watch horrible propaganda with your eyelids propped open a la A Clockwork Orange. Then you'll see how many taxpayer dollars are wasted - wasted I tell you! - instructing our kids in how to have icky gay sex, treating those who get STDs as a result of their icky gay sex (because, you know, no proper heterosexual person EVER contracted HIV, syphillis, etc.), etc. Continue until you pass out from the sheer manufactured outrage.
