ABC has cancelled the controversial cross-dressing comedy Work It after two episodes.

not surprising. The reviews I saw for it were terrible.

Even setting aside all the cross dressing/lgbt failzzzz, it was just such an awful, awful show. I think it's the worst new sitcom of the season, and that's including the serious racefail in Two Broke Girls and the horror that is Whitney.

The owner of the diner Han is like this horribly stereotyped Asian character, Oleg is constantly making misogynistic and lewd as hell jokes, even the cashier Earl is supposed to be like a stereotyped African-American man.

Thank goodness. When we first started seeing commercials for the show, my mother and I were both slack-jawed and stunned. We couldn't believe someone green-lit such an atrocity. I still can't believe that several people thought this was an okay thing to do.

I hope Last Man Standing is next, that show just does things to my blood pressure.

I am really glad that Work it is a goner because it should have never made it to my TV in the first place.

I never even heard of this show! How was it different from that Tom Hanks show from the 80s (which I also never saw)? I can't remember the name of it but Tom Hanks and some other guy were dressing as women so they could live in an all woman apt. building. Anyone remember that one?

That's it! I could NOT remember the name of that show! I never watched it, but did see a lot of commercials for it back in the day. I think the other guy was that guy from Newhart. Not sure about that though. (Why is it I can remember who starred in a sitcom from the 80s, but I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning?!?)
