I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I super enjoy everything at Post Punk Kitchen and Cheap Healthy Good. There's lots of vegetarian/vegan recipes and all the ones I have tried are delicious.

Sounds delicious, and I bookmarked it, but do you have any ideas for a replacement for the mustard seeds? My roommate is deathly allergic.

This looks delicious, but can you say how big the spinach packages are?

Ooh. Thank you for this thread. My girlfriend's girlfriend is vegetarian, and I've been poking around for good recipes that we can make when the both of them come down to visit. :D

I like meatless Monday

Make the sweet potato piergies NOM NOM NOM. Two are good for most people cause they're huge! I normally serve with yogurt and applesauce. (strain yogurt through a paper towel in a collander if you want thicker greek style yogurt, but don't want to pay more. or if you want organic yogurt, but doesn't come in greek style)

I keep meaning to see how well these freeze... but there's never any leftovers. SO GOOD.
