And so you decide to include something triggering as hell in your post? I think I'm not watching this community anymore if there are going to be weight numbers outside a cut, because I don't need any more ED triggers, thanks.

I think the idea of having to lose x amount of weight can be discouraging and combined with people's fear of working out in front of others it's worse. If we were focused more on someone's health instead of their pant size I think a lot more people could become actually healthy instead of feeling like crap and trying crazy yo-yo diets.

The planned informational topics sound like fun.
