What is it with the media just pretending press releases from the defense are actual news and not to be reported as opinions of his legal team? I mean, usually reporters try to interview some other random source so it looks like a news article rather than a paid ad (aka most things coming out of the White House these days) but here they don't even seem willing to put forward that tiny amount of effort to pretend it isn't all a sham.
