The generation of Americans just entering the work force now could eventually see 75 percent of their earnings sucked up by income taxes, Social Security and Medicare
BAHAHAHAHAHA. OMG. AHAHAHAHA. Yeah. That's if people can get jobs that put us above the poverty line. But Bachman's pretty set in making sure that never happens, so it's a moot point. Oh wait, maybe that's the Republican plan to save the average American from taxes? To keep them so poor they don't have to pay them. Genius!
And seriously, so damn telling about who she's talking about, because the only people who paid 75% on income taxes were the top bracket.
