Tsunami Effects on California, Hawaii, and Oregon.

Mods: I wanted to share some updates on what's happening in Hawaii, Oregon, California in regards to the aftermath of the tsunami. I know the damage that was sustained in the U.S. isn't nearly as devastating as Japan, but the effects on some communities on the West Coast are still pretty severe. It may be small, but not unimportant. I'm not here to take away from the attention Japan is getting (and deserves), just adding on to the story of a disaster that has touched so many lives.
