Now they are saying that the CBO only said that because it was a Democrat-held Congress that asked for the report.

And they are even violating their own "cut/pay as you go" rule, because this actually SAVES money they are exempting it from their own rules that they said would govern how they legislate.

Like, it isn't a bad rule per se, but it has no power when you can chose not to follow it whenever it turns out to be not in your favour.
