Hey, gay kids out there? There's a possibility that if you survive torment during your youth you might one day become like Brian Bond, who gets pissy when you criticize his boss. That, or you could wind up with one of these other government jobs, but perhaps when you get there your employer won't consider your same-sex partnership to be invisible. It's not the fault of any of these staffers, but the message comes from an administration that actively endorses discrimination, and I still have a hard time reconciling that with a message of, "Look how good we have it!"
