COICA passed unanimously in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Now it faces the Senate and the House.

Senators who voted for it:
* Patrick J. Leahy -- Vermont
* Herb Kohl -- Wisconsin
* Jeff Sessions -- Alabama
* Dianne Feinstein -- California
* Orrin G. Hatch -- Utah
* Russ Feingold -- Wisconsin
* Chuck Grassley -- Iowa
* Arlen Specter -- Pennsylvania
* Jon Kyl -- Arizona
* Chuck Schumer -- New York
* Lindsey Graham -- South Carolina
* Dick Durbin -- Illinois
* John Cornyn -- Texas
* Benjamin L. Cardin -- Maryland
* Tom Coburn -- Oklahoma
* Sheldon Whitehouse -- Rhode Island
* Amy Klobuchar -- Minnesota
* Al Franken -- Minnesota
* Chris Coons -- Delaware

For those who don't remember - COICA is the bill that would effectively censor the net by allowing the Dept. of Justice to force ISP's to block a domain name from resolving to an ip address, in theory to prevent piracy and counterfeiting, but in practice? The wording is so vague it could go after anyone - up to and including Copyright Reform Advocates who support p2p file sharing, or anyone the government just doesn't like. (O HAI WIKILEAKS!)
