Yes, I was just trying to keep it clean, using prostitute rather than whore. But that's what I think of them, and you have a point; it does an injustice to prostitutes!

NPR acknowledged only 2% of their funding comes from the government. The rest is donations. It's not like defunding NPR is going to make much difference but if they lose in private donations, they'll know why.
