*deeply amused*

This is nearly as funny as the BNP getting nearly bankrupted by Marmite. :D

Neo-Nazis parties, such as the NPD mentioned in the article, seem to be good at this kind of thing. The NPD has a history of crime within the party, such as people embezzling money and so on, individual members are routinely convicted for incitement to hatred etc., and as a party, they also occasionally manage to do something they can get sued for by powerful opponents, such as the German football association for insulting national players of African origin

*snort* They're just not bright, are they? But then, if they were bright they wouldn't be neo-Nazis.

We got a little display from the English Defence League (like the BNP minus the manners and good looks) in my town... unfortunately it didn't seem to have occurred to them that English nationalists were never going to get a sweet reaction demonstrating in the capital city of WALES.

It was quite funny watching their tantrums, really. Even the local football team got an anti-racism demonstration together and blocked their route.

English Defense League in Wales...

Somehow I do not have an icon that expresses how hard I am laughing at them.

Heh, I love that.

Wish I could find an embeddable, subtitled/dubbed version of Kalkofe's spoof of the DVU ad...

I have two of their shirts (the 'Blondi gegen rechts' and 'Toleranz/Rassismus' one)... they are awesome.

Yeah, I'm going to dig through their website and try to find something, perhaps a nice bag or a mug or so. The only pity is that some of the stuff can be mistaken for something else if you don't look at it too closely (which is of course a large part of how it works). I was actually debating whether to post the pic I chose, because to a casual looker, it suggests something else, especially with the red-black-white combination. I don't know if I'm the only one who twitches when seeing it. So I'll go look for something that makes a statement, but does not cause left-wing extremists who don't look too closely to mistake me for someone else.

That's pretty much why I chose those two - they're yellow on black and pretty much text only, so it's hard to mistake them for something else.
I did get a lot of awesome reaction to those two, though :D then again, drunk people will find anything awesome.

Do you know the Front Deutscher Äpfel? Great stuff, too. I fear we'll never be able to get rid of the morons entirely, but seeing how they are so completely challenged in the humour department, mocking them is a good thing.

Oh yes, I know the Front and their work. It's fantastic how they make fun of the Nazis just by pretending to have the same ridiculous views in connection with fruit. ^^
