I don't know, WV depends a lot on social programs because it's a pretty extremely poor state. I'd like to think they wouldn't vote that deeply against their own interests.

Last I heard he was in 'serious' condition and knew it wasn't good, but I didn't expect this fast.
I remember he had to be taken in an ambulance from the stress of seeing Ted Kennedy have a medical problem.
I really really do not understand why they didn't get someone new in sooner, like last year. I can't make sense of it~
