Google tells Australia its 'Net filters go way too far

Censorship is a slippery slope and I do not agree with it at all. Determining what is "excessive" in terms of violence or sex or anything is quite subjective, and all it takes is a conservative power hell-bent on cleaning up the internet for the children, and boom! Suddenly you're China.

Governments need to realize, at last, that they have no authority over the Internet, and this is a step in the right direction.
