Oh, I suppose that changes things. I knew a girl who worked there and she said you were required to wear all their clothes and only stuff from the front racks, all current stuff.

But she was a liar and a whore, so I'm not surprised if that's wrong.

Yes they are. New A&F employees get a 50% discount their first week to allow them to buy the appropriate "uniform". They also have to wear flip-flops throughout the winter, since only A&F gear is allowed on the clock.

I don't work at A&F but I know 2 people at different locations who told me the same thing. I would imagine that they at least highly discourage employees wearing clothes from other stores.

They don't encourage people to wear clothes from other stores, but as long as their logo isn't big on what they are wearing they don't care. And they don't have to wear flip flops.

A headscarf doesn't really qualify as clothes imo. They don't sell shoes but you can't show up to work barefoot.

Yeah. But hijab can be dead stylish. Some Muslim girls have entire wardrobes of cool scarves to go with every outfit.

One of my friends has a headscarf for every single outfit, and they always match perfectly. The variety of colors always amazed me.

Yep. Most of the Muslim girls in my university are Malaysian, and you never see a scrap of hair, but they have *so* many scarves, and yes, always match the outfit perfectly or tone in some stylish way. Some of them are really stylish women.

My all time faves though are the gangsta Muslima teens I see in town sometimes, who wear floorlength skirts, very tight long-sleeved tops and fitted hoodies over those, some kind of hair wrap and then a small rectangular scarf seemingly just draped over their heads. They look *cool*.
