More Youth Support Same-Sex Relationships

A study conducted by the Girl Scout Research Institute (GSRI) in partnership with Harris Interactive found that respect and value for diversity has increased over the past 20 years among American youth. \o/ I have hope!

As an aside, my mother is a Mormon with some very, very deep convictions. We don't see eye to eye because she deeply believes that "parts were supposed to fit a certain way" whereas my view is "there are other ways to get off besides Inserting Tab A Into Slot B" and we don't quite talk about it.

But I will give her credit that however it worked out, she never had a talk about homosexuality with me and honestly? I'm grateful. No one ever said it was wrong to me as a kid / teen so I was free to contemplate it myself.
