It's okay that we were robbed of a thousand years of progress because we got theological ideas based on (gasp!) a religious framework?



Oh and hey, the Pope accepts evolution now, too! That only took another thousand years! Maybe if we're lucky he won't condemn gay people or chastise AIDS-ravaged countries for using condoms by the turn of the next century!
