omg you do not even know... whenever people ask me what he is I always feel all conflicted about what to say, considering there's a racial slur in his breed name! I'm always like, "...oh, he's a coonhound."

That's a beautiful coonhound! I love how he's sticking out his tongue. I've never seen one with that coloring before. My parents had two coonhounds, but they looked more like big giant beagles.

There are actually I think 6 separate breeds of coonhound. What your parents had were Treeing Walker Coonhounds and they do look like giant beagles on stilts! Marlowe there is a Black & Tan coonhound, and the other breeds are Redbone, Bluetick, Redtick (also known as English), and Plott. The moar you know!
