Their being confusing and ambiguous and vague about this is not helping anything. Or not having everyone on the same page, whatever the problem is.

Yeah they really need to get their shit together and stop contradicting one another. And although I can sorta see a legislator to say something to the contrary, Sebelius was a little out of line when she said what she did. Especially if it contradicts the President's own view of things.
