Apparently it's completely legal to use whatever deceptive practices you can come up with to get people to sign a petition in Maine. Even the ACLU agrees that it's a free speech issue.

Me too. I know SO many people in my own community that were on the edge of their seat, waiting to get married. I'll be SO UPSET if my physics teacher cannot marry her girlfriend. >:T
