That was me who took the pics, and apparently it's not true, there are HQ pics of the event and he has regular hair. Sorry :( Damn I WISH it were true.

hahaha, close but no cigar
The color on that person's tv just needed adjusted. Everything that has white in that picture has a green tint to it and not just Bill's hair.
