Since judges who interpret the Constitution are "activists," why do we need legally trained professionals? If all judging is is a matter of reading the Constitution and saying yes or no, then it shouldn't matter, right?

Or is "activist judge" just some code word for someone who doesn't agree with you, or interprets in a way that you see as overreaching, but is effectively the same as any other judge, merely on another level?

Also, on the article: Excellent example of "just saying no" and refusing to work with anyone. Way to fail, Elephants.
