1) The Czech Repulic isn't a "Third-world nation". That's WAY off.

2) Do I think "thought crimes", such as denying a historical event such as the Holocaust, should be a crime? No. However, when someone like Duke travels to a nation that has decided for itself that it is a crime, do I think that person should be subject to the laws of that nation? YES.

I really don't pity this guy.

Yeah, I agree. Certainly it's a heavy-handed law, but rather than go there and break it and bitch about it after the fact, why not push for legislation to change it?
