Barney Frank is almost incomprehensible
Corey Johnson of Towleroad interviews raspy old Barney Frank. Corey also sounds kind of raspy!
Anyway, they are talking about the economy. Frank calls for stronger controls on bailout money while expressing support for the bailout in principal. He points out:
"We are now in a position where we are providing direct help to a handful of powerful financial institutions and denying similar help to Americans who are the victims of those institutions' decisions. One of two things is going to happen. Either we're going to stop being able to intervene with the financial institutions (which I think would be a mistake, cause if we do that right it's important for the economy) or we're going to have to start extending help to the average citizen."
So, basically, Barney Frank is a big gay communist!
